To mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown, Temple Newsam House is exploring the history of the landscape at one Britain’s finest country houses. The exhibition that runs from March 25 to October 30 charts three hundred years of change and explores different ways in which the landscape at Temple Newsam, including the gardens, parkland and estate, have transformed.
